So i purchased my airline tickets with air canada and they emailed me my itinery/reciept (theres a barcode on it)… do i just print this off and use it as my ticket? but there’s not really any instructions… all it says is

Your booking is confirmed. Please print/retain this page for your financial records (for taxation, expense claim or credit card reconciliation purposes). We thank you for choosing Air Canada and look forward to welcoming you on board.

So i don’t get a hard copy ticket or anything? Like i bought them through FlightCenter.ca … do I go pick them up at my FlightCenter office in town?

    Print it off.

    Go to the airport, show the printed paper at the airline desk.

    They give you a boarding pass, get on the plane, voila.

    also, you can usually go on the website and 24 hours before your flight- print your boarding pass there.

    There is almost never an actual paper ticket any more. All you need is a boarding pass and an appropriate picture ID.

    You can print the boarding passes ahead of time from the airline’s website; you can get one from a self-service kiosk near your airline’s ticket counter in the airport, or you can get one from a real ticket agent.
